Acquitention Phase II

Phase I is the structure Data Analysis - Acquitention Heuristic, then, if the project continues, we move to strategy and implementation.

  • Identify usage/purchase patterns that separate the best customers from the worst customers.
  • Data Analysis - Segments - RFM
  • Develop retention/improvement strategies for each bucket
  • Develop tools to identify customers who are in a bucket, and when they move from one bucket to another
  • Develop marketing strategy to acquire more of the desirable customers and fewer of the undesirable customers
