Why use story maps?
One of the biggest challenges that product managers face is communicating the exact same idea to multiple people. If you say something out loud, everybody will envision it differently in their own heads. BUT, something magical happens when you communicate with pictures and stories - mutual and shared understanding. Now we can be on the same page and have more productive conversations.
