The goal of user testing and using prototypes
User testing is an opportunity to put a prototype in front of a prospective user/customer and learn from their experience. The goal is to address critical risks and answer critical questions, but user testing with prototypes is the method.
This is not about “proving” anything! This is all about rapid learning!
